Long time. No post.
So it’s been a little bit between posts. I decided to open up my blog page again on this website as I’ve really wanted to put some words down somewhere.
My other site Partaku.com doesn’t really have a spot I can write about design (well it does but whether it’s relevant or not is another matter). So I’ve chosen to open up my blog again so I can write a bit more freely as I start to really expand more on my skills as a creative.
So today, just wanted to write about my portfolio. It has been a long time coming, for years I’ve always said I wanted to get a new portfolio – not just for future jobs, but a way to catalogue my work in a physical format that I can feel proud of. So I finally bit the bullet and purchased a acrylic folio which I’m absolutely in love with. I was able to get my logo laser etched and cutout into it (which means I won’t be able to change my logo for a long time haha) but I was really happy with how it turned out. I was able to utilise the cutouts and my colour very cleverly yet kept it very subtle and simple for the most part.
My work finally has a nice place to live and it’s also a nice piece to carry when showing my folio to prospective clients. Photos will be up on my portfolio page, as I do think it’s worthy of its own addition to the page. I’m very happy with how it turned out. If you are looking for a great folio design company, don’t hesitate to get in contact with me and I can pass on the details to you.
Anyway, for now I will say thank you for clicking on this part of the page. More to come soon.
